Creating an account is the first step in setting up your profile as an Employer on NECTA. Click the ‘Create Account‘ button in the bottom left corner of the Employer sign in box, and fill in your email address and nominated password*. Be sure to provide accurate information, as this will be used to verify your identity and credentials, and agree to Nectas Terms and Conditions.

*Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, they must also contain at least 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 number and 1 special character.

2. Verify your Account.

When you sign up for Necta, we’ll send an email with a verification code to your nominated email address. Once you have entered in the code, your account will be created and by providing just a few more details you will be able to access all the features of the Necta Platform.

3. Sign in to Necta.

When you first sign up for Necta, we’ll ask you to verify your email address by typing in the password that was assigned when creating the account. Once verified and logged into our system, with these same personal details, there are just a few small steps to complete before finishing your profiles.

4. Provide Basic Details.

In order to complete your basic details, just provide a few pieces of information. This includes the name you want people to know you as, as well as what title/ job function you are primarily engaged in. You will also be asked to provide a current contact number – this will never be shared without your permission, we do not share personal details with any third parties.

5. Identify your Recruitment Status.

There are two main types of recruiters: those who work within a single company and those who handle the recruitment and filling of job positions for many companies. On the Necta Platform, Employers can identify if they recruit on behalf of others – this allows our AI to find the most suitable talent for open positions. This can be updated at any stage via the Employers Setting Page if circumstances change.

6. Complete Company Details (if relevant).

If you have not identified yourself as a recruiter who works on behalf of other companies, you will be asked to provide the information of the Company that you do hire for. We ask for an overview of the company’s mission statement, as well as the culture of the organisation (ie Traditional Corporate vs Relaxed Start-Up) to assist potential candidate matches.

Profile Complete!

Once your profile is complete, you’re ready to start creating job opportunities and match with potential future candidates. We wish you luck in your recruiting future and we look forward to working with you on Necta!
